Looking for a weekend that gives you more than just the usual tourist spots? This planned group trip from Delhi takes you from the lively mountain vibe of Bir Billing to the quieter and more offbeat valleys of Rajgundha and Barot.

Start with Bir - famous for its cafés, monasteries, mountain views, and paragliding. Then leave the crowds behind and take the scenic mountain route through Billing -> Rajgundha → Barot, discovering hidden waterfalls, remote villages, forests, rivers, and beautiful Himalayan landscapes along the way.

The trip is carefully planned so you can enjoy a mix of adventure, exploration, relaxation, and community without worrying about what comes next. From paragliding and short hikes to café time, bonfires, scenic drives, and conversations with fellow travellers, there's something to make the weekend memorable.

Perfect for solo travellers, couples, and friends, this is a chance to explore Himachal differently, meet new people, and return from the mountains with more than just photographs.

Trip Itinerary

  • The trip will start from Delhi - Majnu Ka Tilla at 8:00 pm near Vidhan Sabha Metro Station (Yellow line).

  • Gather and meet your trip manager and fellow travellers. Then, we’ll start the overnight journey to Bir Billing.

  • Enroute Pickup is available from Chandigarh/Zirkpur - midnight.

  • Reach Bir Billing in the morning.

  • Check into your accommodation and freshen up.

  • Embark on a short hike to a nearby waterfall (Bangoru Waterfall)

  • Back to Bir, explore local restaurants and cafes and try some delicious local delicacies.

  • Enjoy an evening stroll around the town and witness the beautiful sunset at Bir.

  • By evening, back to your property. Relax and unwind with light music and a cozy bonfire in the evening. Ice-breaking session and enjoy free time with your friend followed by a delicious dinner. 

  • Dinner and overnight stay in Bir.

  • Wake up early and get ready for the adventure of a lifetime - paragliding! Head to the take-off site and get ready for your paragliding session. Soar through the sky and witness the breathtaking views of the valley below.

  • After breakfast, begin our scenic mountain drive through Billing -> Rajgundha -> Barot.

  • Enroute, make a stop at one of the day's highest points, around 9,000 ft, for beautiful valley views. Grab a cup of chai or Maggi if you feel like it.

  • Take a short 15–20 minute walk to KothiKohar Waterfall, a peaceful hidden spot tucked away in the mountains.

  • Continue towards Rajgundha, a beautiful offbeat village surrounded by forests, traditional houses, open meadows, and mountain views. From Rajgundha, continue towards Barot Valley.

  • In Borat, we'll explore the village, Lapas waterfall, Shanan Hydel Project - historic British Era Hydel Project and reservoir, Natural Fountain. We'll also explore hidden  interesting points in Borat.

  • By late evening, we'll start the return journey to property.

  • Back to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

  • Enjoy a relaxed morning, have breakfast, and check out. Your luggage can be safely kept at the property.

  • Head to a hidden viewpoint near Bir. A short and easy 30-minute hike takes us to the top, where you'll get beautiful panoramic views of the valley and surrounding mountains. 

  • After the hike, you can enjoy a scenic toy train ride near Bir (optional and chargeable). 

  • Then you are free to explore Bir - visit the Sherab Ling Monastery to experience the local culture and architecture of buddhist. Rent a mountain bike/scooty and experience the thrill of mountain biking and explore the scenic trails.

  • Around 5:00 PM in the evening, we’ll begin our return journey back to Delhi.

  • Reach Delhi by early morning (around 5:00 - 6:00 AM) with unforgettable memories, amazing moments, and new friendships to cherish forever.

The ideal time for paragliding is either in the morning or evening. Choose preference and book accordingly in advance.

  • If you skip an activity or meal, we can’t offer a refund or adjustment.
  • Only registered travellers can join the trip- no extra person allowed. 
  • Please avoid smoking or drinking inside the vehicle during travel.
  • Sometimes resorts may change due to availability, but don’t worry - we’ll inform you beforehand and arrange a similar stay.
  • Keep your belongings safe - trip organizer isn’t responsible for lost items.
  • We follow fixed group timings, so please be on schedule to avoid missing activities.
  • Please stay flexible if anything unexpected occurs during the trip - like traffic, landslides, or heavy snowfall - as these are outside our control. But don’t worry, our team will be there to guide and support you throughout.
  • A respectful and positive attitude from everyone helps make the trip enjoyable for all!
  • In very rare cases, if there are too few bookings for any batch, the organiser may have to cancel the trip. If that happens, the full amount will be refunded.
  • The advance payment is non-refundable, and cancellations follow our standard refund policy. So please book only when your plans are confirmed.
