Trip Itinerary

  • Trip starts from Gurugram: Depart from IFFCO Chowk Metro Station at 6:30 pm, Gurugram.

  • Gather at the boarding point and meet your fellow travellers and trip manager and start your overnight journey to Jaisalmer.

  • Upon reaching Jaisalmer, we’ll check-into camps - Sam dunes – wide Thar Desert with awesome views.

  • Later, we’ll go for jeep safari, camel safari & scenic sunset and photography.

  • Back to the campsite, get ready for a cultural program and DJ night followed by dinner.

  • Overnight stay in sand dunes in luxury tented accommodation

  • Wake up, enjoy breakfast at the campsite. 

  • After breakfast, get ready to explore Kuldhara village - haunted & abandoned village and the Town of Longewala Battlefield.

  • Reach Jaisalmer city, Hotel Check-in and take rest. In the evening free to explore Jaisalmer market.

  • Dinner & overnight stay at Jaisalmer city (hotel).

  • After breakfast, Check-out from hotel.

  • We head to Jaisalmer city & sightseeing: Jaisalmer fort, Patwa Haveli, Nathmanki Haveli, Head to Jaisalmer market: the main shopping centers of Jaisalmer include Sadar Bazaar,Pansari Bazaar and Bhatia Bazaar.

  • In the evening, we will visit Gadisar Lake - an old artificial lake which looks beautiful during sunset and sunrise.

  • By 5:00 pm, we’ll start our return journey from Jaisalmer to Delhi.

  • By early morning, we will arrive back in Delhi, bidding farewell with cherished memories and new found friendships.

Mode of Transport:

  • Volvo or luxury tempo Traveller based on group size.

 

Accommodation: 

  • Jaisalmer City - 3 Star Luxury Hotel

  • Sam Dunes - Luxury Swiss tents with attached washroom.

 

Room Sharing: 

  • Solo travelers will be provided accommodation with the same gender. Choose sharing (triple or double) as per your need & lifestyle choice.

  • Couple will provide accommodation on a double sharing basis.

 

Who joins Us!

  • Trips are joined by Millennial between the ages of 18-35 years old to love travel differently.

  • Our all trips are joined by Solo travel (female/male), Couples and some along with friends and colleagues. (20% Solo travelers (female/male) | 30% Couple | 50% as friends groups)

  • All trips are accompanied by a friendly Trip manager to facilitate an awesome trip experience from beginning to end.

Terms & Conditions

  • All bookings are strictly subject to availability and confirmation of advance payment only.

  • All our packages are ‘group packages’ and the same services/items are applicable for each person in the group.

  • Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost.

  • Booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • We entertain only those persons at the campsite for whom the booking has been made. No additional persons will be entertained under any circumstance.

  • Management shall not take responsibility for missing items from Resort or its premises, hence requested not to travel with too much ornaments, jewellery, cash and other etc.

  • In case of going out of Resort please deposit valuables in the safety locker with the security of our Hotel Manager.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation done 30-21 days before the trip departure: Full Refund!

  • Cancellation done 20-8 days before the trip departure: 50% trip cost will be charged.

  • Cancellation done 7 days before the trip departure: 100% trip cost will be charged.
